Admission Process Flow

GPA welcomes enquiry from parent(s) and guardian(s). A certain level of academic achievement is expected for admission to the school so that the child can cope with and enjoy his/her stay at this school.

Quick School ERP facilitates automation of the admission process. It provides features to manage registration and admission enquiries, and a well-integrated, customizable registration and admission process. In addition, it also includes features to facilitate assessment and final selection of prospective students through pre-admission assessment examinations. 

Admissions Enquiry

An online Enquiry Form(by clicking the link above) needs to be filled up before an application pack can be obtained from the school office. After submission of the form an enquiry no is generated. 

Issue of Application Pack

The enquiry no generated must be quoted at the school office for obtaining the application pack. Fees for registration & processing: Rs. 500/- 

Registration

Registration form should be submitted at the school office duly filled in and a Admission Test date will be provided. 

Admission Test

Students for class I and above is required to appear for the Admission Test in Maths and English on the date provided at the time of registration after which the result will be announced. There is no test for kindergarten. Admissions to kindergarten is on a first cum first serve basis. 

Admission

Once the student is selected, admission must be taken by submitting the admission form and paying the applicable fees at the school office within five days from the date of announcement of results. The admission form should be accompanied by relevant documents. The decision of admission will be based on the performance of students in the admission test as applicable. 

Age Criteria

Children seeking admission to Class I should have attained the age of 6+ years as on 1st April of the new session and respectively for other classes. 

Charges and fees

Fee Structure is mentioned in the application pack and the fees must be paid through debit card at the fee counter of the school. No other member or the staff of this school is authorised to receive any fees/payments. Guardians may do so at their own risk. No complaint in this regard will be entertained if any mishap occurs. 

Documents required

1. Birth certificate from the competent authority. 

2. Transfer certificate obtained from the previous school(affiliated school). 

3. Blood Group Certificate from a registered medical Practitioner. 

4. Report Card of previous school. 

5. Cast Certificate (applicable for OBC, SC&ST Candidates) 

6. Handicapped Certificate (applicable for candidates with physical disabilities) 

7. Employers Certificate of Parent / Guardian

8. Aadhaar Card of Candidate if available.
